Assured Alliance, Inc. is looking to hire a
Retail Sales Associate to join our team We are a small family owned business in Santa Clarita, CA. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and is willing to help out where needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
