    Who are we looking for?


    We are looking for an experienced marketer who can lead a smallteam, make responsible budget decisions, oversee the implementationof established strategies, work with senior management to meet thecompany's marketing goals, and coordinate with internal and externalclients and customers.

    What will you do at


    Build and execute, according to the group-level guidelines,regional marketing strategy and operational plan, includingsetting GTM and, with the most focus, demand generationstrategies in partnership with the sales, product andoperational teams.

    Initiating and project managing activities that will lead to theachievement of set strategic objectives, overseeing theexecution of the allocated budget within the limits of the setstrategy, communicating with teams across the company andensuring deadlines are met.

    Manage the company's marketplace brand position, corporateidentity and visual brand design system in partnership with theproduct organization and group-level marketing.

    Overseeing all communications directed to the company'scustomers, from system emails to social media to websitecontent, including effective retention strategies.
    Setting and implementing the content plan within the strategyand controlling the set objectives.
    Preparation of documents for creating the company's landingpages, responsibility for SEO and link-building.
    Communicate with external suppliers and oversee the execution ofassigned tasks best to enhance the delivery of the company'sobjectives.
    Oversee internal and external communications (including PR,social, speaking engagements and awards).
    Ability to analyze customer behavior based on input and concludeapplicable to marketing initiatives.
    Managing a small local team while cooperating with thegroup-level marketing team and other regions.
    What do we require?

    Native Czech with English at the B1 level is a must (preferablyC1).

    5+ years of experience in B2X (and preferably C2X too) SAASmarketing, including strategy, planning, and execution against apipeline and marketing-generated revenue goal.

    High communication skills, this role requires constantcommunication with other departments, management, and marketingteams from other regions.
    Self-starter who owns things takes initiative, extends it to anoperational plan, and manages their projects and deadlines.
    Experience in managing PPC campaigns (GA, Meta, Li) with thehelp of PPC Specialists/agencies.
    Practical SEO and content marketing knowledge, including writingcontent and briefing graphic designers.
    CRM and marketing automation is a plus).

    Basic familiarity with:
    WordPress, MS Planner (or similar likeAsana).
    Data analytics and data processing skills – able to createempirical measurement and reporting and derive insights thatdrive strategy.
    Flexibility and eagerness to be part of a dynamic internationalenvironment.
