    Summary

    The Digital Content Marketing Manager is responsible to manage Solenis Pool Solutions digital shelf on external e-commerce sites, and responsible for managing our social, email and website content.

    Partners with Sales and Marketing teams, IT, and external vendors to fully manage our e-commerce digital shelf capabilities and execution, including digital shelf auditing and content syndication.

    Partners with brand teams on branded digital content and storytelling.

    Essential Functions
    Manages and implements the social content calendar for pool solutions, with collaboration from brand marketing and our external agencies.
    Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external agencies.

    Tracks digital shelf performance and retailer digital shelf improvement initiatives including audits of and benchmarking of competitive e-commerce to determine best-in-class practices for product detail pages.

    Holistically owns the Solenis Digital Shelf on external e-commerce sites, including content depth and accuracy serving as the power user for the Syndigo platform.

    Develops the supporting systems, processes, and tools to enable efficient, optimized, and accurate management of the digital shelf across a complex network or retailers.

    Includes responsibility for maintaining all e-retail content (both above and below-the-fold). Ensures accuracy, relevance and effectiveness.

    Reformats assets, convert and retitle images to meet retailer specs, create URL links, adjust copy and product titles to meet retailer specs, and populate additional fields required by retailers.

    Builds custom templates in Syndigo, when necessary, for retailers or third-party platforms.
    Manages vendor relationships. Negotiates annual contracts, addresses vendor performance issues, and holds vendors accountable.
    Leverages the Bazaarvoice platform to drive optimum product reviews and rankings.
    Optimizes product page keywords, titles and copy to improve search ranking performance.

    Key Requirements:
    BA/BS in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
    2-4 years of prior digital marketing experience.
    Experience with digital, social media, e-commerce and data analytics.

    The expected compensation range for this position is between $101,600 and $137,025, plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law
