    Job Summary

    Our client, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to lend support to our North American Investment Team. This person will support one Managing Director, three Directors, and provide secondary support to two Vice Presidents. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment using excellent judgment, flexibility, and foresight.

    Position: Senior Administrative Assistant

    Salary: 80-100K DOE + Bonus Eligibility + Full Benefits + Paid OT

    Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Provide general admin support, including managing calendars, booking travel, and answering incoming calls.
    • Input data into DealCloud and other ad hoc tasks.
    • Calendar Management
    • Coordinate and manage calendars for one Managing Director and three Directors
    • Provide secondary support to two Vice Presidents.
    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
    • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
    • Confidentiality and Discretion
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in business matters.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

    Requirements:

    • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point) and Concur.
    • Ability to work in a trading floor environment.
    • Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
    • Excellent judgment
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
    • Poised under pressure, proactive, and motivated.
