Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing laboratory schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff.

Coordinate and maintain laboratory records, including patient data, test results, and inventory logs.

Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and supplies procurement.

Perform data entry and database management tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

Assist in organizing and maintaining laboratory files, documents, and regulatory compliance records.

Support laboratory staff in administrative tasks, such as scheduling trainings and orientations.

Collaborate with other administrative and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the laboratory.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or certification in office administration is a plus).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures is beneficial.

Pay:
$ $25.42 per hour
