Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Assist with financial tasks including Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting
- Conduct account analysis and assist in financial report writing
- Support budgeting processes and financial planning
- Assist with account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on accounting tasks
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of Debits and Credits, Account Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your accounting skills will be utilized to support the administrative functions of the organization.
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
