Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with financial tasks including Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting
  • Conduct account analysis and assist in financial report writing
  • Support budgeting processes and financial planning
  • Assist with account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on accounting tasks
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of Debits and Credits, Account Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
