    Description
    Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is looking to hire Back Office Medical Assistants who have experience working in a Urology Specialty setting. This position will be Full time, working Monday through Friday. The candidate should have medical office experience. This is a Urology office with a need for a strong person for back office. Venipuncture, Bladder scan, documenting in the EMR daily. Assisting the Doctor with procedures in the office and understanding the routine for handling blood, urine testing.
    Job Type: Temporary Full Time
    Monday - Friday
    Pay Rate: $20/hr

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests; taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature; and reporting patient history summary.
    • Stocking the rooms, wearing your PPE while on duty.
    • Communicate with Doctor and follow through completion of tasks that are given.
    • Having a strong sense of direction and communication with patients and staff
    • Have an understanding on working with the outside laboratories to retrieve results and follow up with patient making the necessary calls to outside vender if need be. .
    • Being sufficient with duties having and have detail-oriented mind with the rapid flow of the clinic days
    • Dependable and being thorough will conducting the duties for your patients in the back office.
    Skills:
    • Must have people skills and professionalism
    • Must be able to multitask and work with attention to detail
    • Must be dependable, teachable, and reliable
    • Must possess good communication skills and positive attitude
    • Computer fluency and familiarity with EMR is required.
    Experience Required:
    • Medical Office - 3 years required
    • Medical Assistant - 2 years required - Urology experience a plus
    • Bilingual Spanish greatly preferred
