Medical Assistant for Cosmetic Office

Part-time


Compensation:
$20/hour-$23/hour (Depending on Experience)


Plus:
$500 BONUS after 12 months

Role Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Front Office Position_:
• Greet and checkin patients with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare quotes and explain aftercare instructions
• Assist in patient rooming procedures
• Back Office Position_:
• Room patients and take vital signs accurately
• Assist the doctor during procedures with efficiency and attentiveness
• Provide clear aftercare instructions to patients
• Update patient information in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Schedule:

Approximately 1-2 Saturdays per month

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM


Start Date:

May 18, 2024


Qualifications:

• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Experience assisting in surgical procedures is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience
