- Design and oversee delivery of a nationwide program to ensure that patients with clinically significant aortic stenosis receive guideline-directed care at CardioCare hospitals nation-wide
- Personally co-deliver program services at a number of major health systems
- Coach, train, and mentor field team on delivering data-driven insights, navigating hospital politics, and driving clinical workflow change
- Summarize and report program progress to strategic industry partner team with CardioCare data and well structured executive PowerPoint presentations
- Continually refine and improve the program
- Provide real time updates of relevant project information in the project information database
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Therapy Development programs with major cardiovascular drug or device manufacturers or within a hospital environment required
- Experience in product management, marketing, and/or strategy at a cardiovascular medical device or drug company a plus
- Experience in therapy development in cardiovascular and most especially structural heart preferred
- Experience successfully working with healthcare cardiovascular service line leaders, interventional cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, medical device field facing sales teams and/or customer success teams preferred
- Previous experience in client services (e.g. management consulting) a plus
- Very persuasive communicator able to navigate difficult clinical conversations with leading physicians, CV administrators, and industry partner leadership
- Strong sense of accountability, passion for owning projects and driving them to completion
- Highly curious with a keen understanding and passion for healthcare
- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Emotional intelligence – self and social awareness, and self and relationship management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across internal teams including Clinical Operations, Sales, Strategy & Analytics, Product
- Desire to work in fast-paced, multi-task, fluid environment capable embracing changes in an early stage company
- Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work and interact with a geographically distributed team
- Travel up to 40%

The Aortic Stenosis Therapy Development Director is seasoned in therapy development in healthcare with strong client-facing skills. This person will have experience driving initiatives to improve patient access to therapies. We are looking for a persuasive communicator and strategic problem solver. This role requires an ability to prioritize multiple and competing priorities while driving a plan to execution.
The Aortic Stenosis Therapy Development Director is responsible for driving a national initiative to ensure that patients with clinically significant aortic stenosis receive guideline-directed care at CardioCare hospitals nation-wide. This role will play a key role in program design and will lead consistent delivery across 100+ CardioCare hospitals. The AS Therapy Director will partner closely with a strategic partner's therapy development team leadership as well as with egnite team members in the field delivering the program. The AS Therapy Director will be proactive in managing issues, risks, and driving results. This role reports into our Chief Operating Officer and works closely with Clinical Operations and Strategy & Analytics to ensure that action plans are in accordance with program needs and goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
