    Job Description
    A client in the Overland Park area is seeking to add an HRIS Analyst to their growing team.

    Below are a list of the incumbents responsibilities:

    • Provide project management for HR systems and related programs. This may include employee recognition, HRIS, Brass Ring, Employee Engagement & Lifecycle surveys.
    • Develop system requirements, test system functionality, troubleshoot system issues, develop enduser documentation, and training.
    • Support HR with adhoc reporting and analysis.
    • Do different HR reports including verifying degrees, professional licensing, and different affirmative action plans
    • HR data mining and systems administration
    • Spearhead the support and enhancement of our HR systems and programs.
    • Collaborate closely with IT on projects, ensuring seamless system functionality.
    • Develop and execute reports, responding to data inquiries with precision.
    • Contribute to the success of HR initiatives, including employee recognition and commuter benefits.
    • Provide backup support to the Compensation function.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst
    o Must have 8+ years of experience in place of a bachelors degree

    • Strong experience with different HR platforms such as Oracle, Brass Ring, Taleo, Workday, MarketPay, etc.
    • Experience doing different HR reports
    • Oracle experience
    • Experience working for an engineering firm
    • Experience null
