    Call Center Representative - Brandon, United States - Suncoast Community Health Center

    Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Manager, incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments.


    You Will Need:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1-year customer service experience.
    • Self-motivated and positive attitude
    • Good communication skills both verbal and written
    • Computer literate
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    Job Duties:

    • Give appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics
    • Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
    • Place outbound calls to no-show patients for a new appointment.
    • Resolves issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
    • Process all patient transfer requests
    • Provider general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification
    • Screen all dental calls and transfer to the appropriate site
    • Outreach patients to schedule hospital, lab and various other follow up appointments
    • Other duties as assigned
