    POSITION TITLE: CALL CENTER - CUSTOMER CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

    FLSA: NON- EXEMPT

    Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Manager, incumbent is responsible for scheduling appointments.

    You Will Need:

    1. High School Diploma or equivalent
    2. At least 1-year customer service experience.
    3. Self-motivated and positive attitude
    4. Good communication skills both verbal and written
    5. Computer literate
    6. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    Job Duties:

    1. Give appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics
    2. Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
    3. Place outbound calls to no-show patients for a new appointment.
    4. Resolves issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
    5. Process all patient transfer requests
    6. Provider general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification
    7. Screen all dental calls and transfer to the appropriate site
    8. Outreach patients to schedule hospital, lab and various other follow up appointments
    9. Other duties as assigned
