- REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS,
AND ABILITIES:
_
- High School Diploma / GED.
- At least 1year customer service experience preferred
- Selfmotivated and positive attitude
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- PRINCIPAL DUTIES:_
- Give appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics
- Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
- Place outbound calls to noshow patients for a new appointment.
- Resolve issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
- Process all patient transfer requests
- Provide general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification
- Screen all dental calls and transfer to the appropriate site
- Outreach patients to schedule hospital, lab and various other follow up appointments
- Other duties as assigned.
