  • REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS,

AND ABILITIES:
_

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • At least 1year customer service experience preferred
  • Selfmotivated and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literate
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • PRINCIPAL DUTIES:_
  • Give appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics
  • Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
  • Place outbound calls to noshow patients for a new appointment.
  • Resolve issues on eMessenger; failed call report.
  • Process all patient transfer requests
  • Provide general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification
  • Screen all dental calls and transfer to the appropriate site
  • Outreach patients to schedule hospital, lab and various other follow up appointments
  • Other duties as assigned.
