- Bachelors degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field required with a min GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned. Master's degree preferred.
- A proven track record with 12+ years of developing learning programs in a corporate environment.
- Leadership and mentorship track record that demonstrates an ability to inspire, motivate, and build top-notch teams.
- Tech-savvy with experience integrating new learning technologies with more traditional learning settings (e.g., classroom and virtual platforms).
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance enhancement.
- Experience building learning programs from the ground up and/or in partnership with identified vendors. Full learning and development project life cycle management experience required.
- Collaborative bridge builder with demonstrated success in bringing departments, leaders, and stakeholders together to deploy transformational learning content.
- Strong understanding of the operational side of learning and what it takes to support a corporate development function behind the scenes.
