- Work with client subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.
- Design course content to meet client learning objectives/training needs.
- Develop content for in-person and virtual training engagements.
- Create compelling course content and engaging learning activities & exercises that enhance the learning process.
- Develop engaging e-learning solutions: concept, scripting, storyboards, production in Articulate Storyline 360/Rise and Vyond.
- Develop and manage review process for new course curricula and training materials.
- Effectively collaborate with different levels within our client organization, to build relationships, to actively listen, and to assist team members and/or subject matter experts in translating concepts into engaging, effective content.
- Create knowledge checks/test questions to confirm effectiveness of the training.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an e-Learning Developer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous project work.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Premier Pro, Vyond (or similar tool).
- Strong multimedia production skills including video editing and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advantexe Learning Solutions is an award-winning global provider of experiential, simulation-centric learning solutions that use digital technologies to accomplish the learning objectives created in collaboration with our clients. Our clients are primarily Fortune 500 companies across many industries including technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, and manufacturing.
Advantexe is seeking a talented and innovative eLearning Developer to join our team and help transform our clients' training materials into engaging and interactive e-learning experiences.

This is a remote role. Some travel may be required to Advantexe headquarters in the Greater Philadelphia Region and/or to client locations.
The optimal candidate will live with in the Philadelphia area and be able to travel to our Corporate offices in Conshohocken, PA 1 day a week.
