    Work Type: Full Time

    Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM

    Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$ $18.75 / hour

    Summary

    Provides administrative and clerical support for the Volunteer Resources and Arts in Healthcare Departments. Duties include assisting volunteer applicants, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Volunteer Department including processing volunteer applications, status updates, pre-screening, scheduling orientation and interviews and volunteer timekeeping. Greeting and directing customers, answering and directing telephone calls, composing and typing correspondence, copying and distributing materials, maintaining office supplies, meal ticket distribution and tracking, mail processing and distribution, setting up and maintaining filing systems and timekeeping. Trains and oversees department's volunteer staff, delegating work as appropriate
