What you'll do:


Key Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • Assist Sales in triaging leads and processing opportunities
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Managing shipping, tracking for all outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Review and verify order information and shipping points to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless production to order fulfillment process
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Manage office supply inventory and light office management tasks Schedule travel arrangements for events
  • Receive incoming returns/warranty items and ensure they are managed and tracked accordingly
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data from the internal team
  • Maintain all operations processes to ensure efficiency
  • Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers, both internal and external
**Must Haves: - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
