Starting salary is between $55,000-65,000 based on experience.

CASL is a non-profit housing organization specializing in serving people with disabilites.

We are gearing up to open our first Residential Treatment Facility and looking for an experienced, passionate Administrator to get it up and running smoothly.

The facility is 14-beds and anticpated duration for residents is 90-days.


Job/Task Functions

The Administrator oversees and runs the daily operation of the facility, supervise the staff in their responsibilities, advocate for the residents with outside agencies, case managers, physicians, family etc., making referrals as necessary.

The Administrator will provide support, guidance, and crisis intervention to the residents, along with completing related documentation and progress notes.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining weekly team member schedules and to be on call for emergencies and fill in as needed.
  • Supervise all team members, involving the COO, Human Resources, when appropriate.
  • Advocate for the residents with outside agencies, case managers, physicians, families and make appropriate referrals.
  • Provide support, guidance, and crisis intervention to the residents.
  • Assist with the development of the Life Skills Program.
  • Complete and/or oversee all necessary paperwork to comply with licensure standards, including personnel and resident files, electronic health record, progress notes, etc.
  • Screens referrals in a timely manner and follows up with the referral source regarding the outcome.
  • Completes administrative paperwork, intake paperwork for new residents, changes of status forms in compliance with company policy.
  • Assist with resident intakes on potential residents, in addition to the completion of admissions and discharges.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operated in a professional manner and report and needed repairs to the appropriate department.
  • Report all pertinent information to the COO.
  • Facilitate inservices and training of new and ongoing staff, as applicable.
  • Be a liaison between residents and administration.
  • Lead weekly wellness meetings with heads of dietary, resident care, and activities/case management services departments.
  • May be required to be part of a weekend rotation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident information.
  • Interact professionally with residents, coworkers, and vendors. Must be able to maintain tact and professionalism.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
