    ESTABLISHED CIVIL/BUSINESS LITIGATION FIRM: Vann Attorneys, PLLC, located in Raleigh NC

    Responsibilities:

    • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Work and meet clients in our Raleigh office. Occasional remote work.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of practical experience.
    • NC State Bar License
    • Consult with clients on legal best practices
    • Prepare case file documents
    • Work with the legal team to compile comprehensive trial briefs
    • Draft and administer contracts, negotiate deals

    Experience:

Helping you meet your personal and business goals is the focus of our firm as a whole and of each individual attorney and staff member. We get to know our clients on a personal level and strive to build long-term relationships in order to provide quick, sound legal advice and representation for long-term planning.

    Our attorneys and staff are active in many aspects of the community, actively lobbying to improve state and national laws, speaking at group meetings, attempting to enhance our community through programs such as the Y's We Build People program and "Race for the Cure". As a group or as individuals we strive to participate in various community outreach and charitable programs. In addition, our attorneys attend continuing legal education seminars and frequently advance their knowledge as laws change due to legislation or court interpretation. As active members of the community, our attorneys and staff bring to our firm a sense of caring and teamwork, which we incorporate into our practice.
