• NC- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
• 2-3 years' experience in Plaintiff Civil Associate Attorney courtroom experience
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts for proceedings and contract negotiations
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with legal team on case strategy
• Strong legal research and writing skills
