    Job Description:


    We are seeking an Executive Director of Business Development for a prominent biopharmaceutical company specializing in neuroscience and innovative therapies.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, and business development activities.

    Responsibilities:
    Screen products, companies, and therapeutic areas for development, licensing, and M&A activities.
    Coordinate due diligence for licensing opportunities.
    Conduct financial modeling and market research.
    Lead in-and out-licensing packages and contract negotiations.
    Develop and implement corporate strategy and cross-functional communication.

    Qualifications:
    MBA or graduate degree in life sciences.
    10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech business development, strategic analysis, or consulting/investment banking.
    Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
    Financial forecasting, modeling, and probability adjusted NPV expertise.
    Therapeutic area expertise for evaluating new product opportunities.
    Proficiency with databases such as IMS, Encuity, SDI, Adis, etc.
    Ability to influence and present to senior management.

    Preferred Experience:
    Pharma experience and In Licensing experience.
    No Med Device, Generics, Alliance Management, or CDMO Business Development experience.
    Strong negotiation skills.
    Personality fit for an established team.
    Finance experience is a plus.

    Salary:
    $250,000 - $300,000
