    _What Quality Compliance brings to Cardinal Health_

    Quality Compliance team develops and implements policies, procedures, and processes to ensure that products and services meet regulatory standards and specifications.

    They are in charge of designing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures to reduce risks, support compliant business operations, products, services, and ensure a robust supply chain.

    Expectations at This Level

    • Advanced communication skills to explain decision-making
    • Apply knowledge effectively in various tasks
    • Work on moderately complex projects
    • Identify and solve technical problems
    • Exercise judgment within set parameters
    • Receive guidance on new projects
    • Review work for accuracy and reasoning
    • Occasional office travel for training/meetings

    Responsibilities

    • Perform Open Source and Law Enforcement searches
    • Manage tasks queue efficiently
    • Ensure collaboration across different teams
    • Make informed decisions for process improvements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
    • 2-4 years of project management experience
    • Understanding of Pharmacy Operations
    • Knowledge of Internet-based search functions
    • Strong analytical and communication skills

    Anticipated salary range: $55,400 - $79,200

    Bonus eligibility: No
