    Description

    Engineer - Reliability

    The Engineer will support Pilgrims'maintenance operationswith CMMS training, data collection, and data visualization development.They will assist in monitoringcurrent maintenance processes and providecontinuedsupport to plant maintenanceteams.They will be a vital part of improving our current maintenance programs by identifying gaps, developing action plans and facilitating implementation.

    Responsibilities:

  • Help lead the safety culture and company values for the Pilgrims facilities.
  • Help ensure compliance of all company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills.
  • Train maintenance management to create budgets, forecasts, and track metrics.
  • Facilitate execution of Maintenance Pillarassessments.
  • Developand implementplansto ensure that plants are meeting maintenance initiatives.
  • Implementimprovements to maintenance processes, inventory control and reduction, data collection, and data visualization tools.
  • Work individually and collaboratively to achieve goals for PC&R (Process Control and Reliability) team.
  • Prepare and submitmaintenance reports to maintain or improve efficiency and effectiveness of plant maintenance teams.
  • Participate in the development and execution of plans to move maintenance from reactive, to preventative, and on to predictive methods.
  • Develop, train, and improve RCA documentation, processes, data analysis, compliance levels, and quality of information.
  • Other duties as required by management and supervision

    • Additional Requirements:

  • Up to 75% travel
  • Experience in maintenance planning and control strongly preferred
  • Good work ethic (ability to maintain efficiency with minimal direct oversight)
  • Excellent organizational, math and statistical skills
  • Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures
  • Ability to handle conflict; superior interpersonal skills
  • Experience or ability to learn Microsoft Office,Microsoft Teams, MSSQL, Qlik Sense,Vinyland Ignition
  • Strong analytical skills & problem solving
  • Experience in facilitating RCA training and implementation

    • Education:Bachelor's Degree in related field or relevant experience required
