    As a **Regional Sales Manager - Distribution** youll be responsible for growing our stock and flow business (lamps, Ballasts, LED and stock Luminaires) through our existing distribution network along with conversions of new distributors.

    ****What youll do****

    Work with distribution to develop growth plans for our stock and discretionary business.

    Develop Marketing plans with our distribution to help drive our overall plans.

    Develop relationships with local ESCO's to drive our energy business with our distributors.

    Identify and execute on conversion opportunities in the respective region.

    Work with our local agents to drive the overall stock and flow plans

    ****Your qualifications****

    BS degree

    Minimum of 4 years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory

    Knowledge of the lighting or electrical distribution business and in-depth knowledge of products and applications to include lamps, ballasts, and lighting fixtures preferred

    Must have strong relationships with distribution in the Region

    Have experience in developing and driving distribution plans to achieve growth.

    Be willing to develop new distributor relationships to drive conversions.
