- Establishes and nurtures relationships with Trade Partners (architects, designers, etc.), resulting in consistent sales growth.
- Offers excellent service to clients in the showroom.
- Schedules appointments and visits to existing and potential customers to present products and services that will meet the customers current and future needs.
- Establishes new accounts and partnerships and builds a relationship with customers. Collects information to record opportunities and track the projects.
- Full product knowledge to educate clients - following the project all the way through the sale.
- Follow established sales procedures and pricing policies.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process to provide exceptional customer service.
- Meets sales goals and objectives assigned by the Showroom Manager.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the luxury products or A&D industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn and adapt to CRM software (Salesforce) and QuickBooks.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to travel the territory and visit clients.
