Mission
:
Implement new projects on cable/fiber in customer service, improve
the activation processes , detect and manage incidents and ensure clear communication to all involved parties. (agents, IT, management).
Key responsibilities:
He/She contributes
to major evolutions in the resp. BO Domain (projects, processes,...) by producing the Use-Case Analysis this by providing functional and non-functional requirements. Contributes to the definition and construction of the operational KPI's and by providing reporting within his technical competence area.
He/She contributes to and coordinates during the babysitting of major technical projects, to ensure a smooth handover transition between project mode and full operational run.
He/She performs the required sanity checks, the performs reporting and improves the process by performing a systematic analysis, on a regular basis, on the domain under its responsibility, thus to highlight performance against the qualitative and quantitative targets that are set.
He/She provides an input towards transversal project stakeholders, in order to anticipate possible operational impact.The Operational Process Analyst ensures that the Operational perspective of his domain is taken into account during all project meetings.
On a recurrent basis, identifies and proposes improvements in the process to management and the business process experts and escalates towards Operational management if necessary.
The OPA
answers, troubleshoots in depth, and solves up to 2nd level , incoming questions and problems coming from all major stakeholders.
This is done on subjects related to the domain for which he/she is responsible of, this in the field of billing & collections, technical or provisioning.
He/she provides support, based upon his/her expertise and end-to-end domain knowledge, towards other business departments in build and/or run phase, thus to ensure a proactive detection of potential issues and/or to address structural issues.
He/She detects
incidents that are related to transversal products, services and applications, that have a possible impact on customers, and applies the appropriate priority & notification process.
Analyzes, solves, dispatches and coordinates
on all trouble tickets and mails, in collaboration with 3rd level teams (internal or external) on these complex, transversal, multi-domain & multi-technology problems.
The OPA makes sure that all issues are solved within the service- SLA's and this with a minimum of impact for the end-users.
He/She escalates to management and/or peer-to-peer's, to technical teams in case of:service level breach, operational urgency, financial risk or high impact according to the current escalation processes.
Profile:
Basic technical knowledge of the products and services, as well as an in depth knowledge of the relevant business processes, to enable as well a clear view of the impact of changes and of projects on the business processes
Analytical skills
Good transversal knowledge of the operational departments (customer facing departments) in order to be fully aware on the possible impact.
So experience in the functioning of customer facing departments is an asset. Continuous improvement skills.Communication skills
