Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.


Your Role:


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor and analyze security events to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement security controls and processes that mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Support incident response activities, including investigating security incidents, performing forensic analysis, and implementing remediation plans.
  • Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Research emerging threats and technologies to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation, to support the company's cybersecurity program.
  • Participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Provide support for securityrelated projects and initiatives.
Ultimately, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of RCP systems, networks, and data.

We need you to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including security operations, incident response, risk assessments, and security controls.
  • Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and SIEM.
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
  • Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 2700
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop datadriven recommendations.
