Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

You will have the opportunity to:

Monitor and analyze security events to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement security controls and processes that mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Support incident response activities, including investigating security incidents, performing forensic analysis, and implementing remediation plans.
Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Research emerging threats and technologies to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation, to support the company's cybersecurity program.
Participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity principles and practices.
Provide support for securityrelated projects and initiatives.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of RCP systems, networks, and data.

We need you to have:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including security operations, incident response, risk assessments, and security controls.
Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and SIEM.
Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 2700
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop datadriven recommendations.
