Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Your Role:
You will have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and analyze security events to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement security controls and processes that mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Support incident response activities, including investigating security incidents, performing forensic analysis, and implementing remediation plans.
- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Research emerging threats and technologies to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation, to support the company's cybersecurity program.
- Participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Provide support for securityrelated projects and initiatives.

We need you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including security operations, incident response, risk assessments, and security controls.
- Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and SIEM.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
- Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 2700
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop datadriven recommendations.
