A manufacturer in Alabama is looking for a Process Engineer. Candidates should have a BS Engineering degree and at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting. Should have the ability to analyze data to recommend informed operational decisions. Must have problem-solving and decision-making skills. Relocation, salary, bonus and benefits.

Permanent salary: $80, ,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Analyze safety, production, & maintenance processes to gain margin improvement.

Review OEM processes and make recommendations concerning requirements and standard work procedures. Monitor production and quality control systems, or other operational reports to detect process problems and trends. Mentor assigned personnel to promote efficiency and build leadership and team skills. Recommend process improvements in the work area to gain efficiencies. Communicate effectively with all team members and ensure miscommunications are minimized.

Coordinate with other senior staff members on personnel, safety, finance, and purchasing issues, looking for ways to increase and enhance all functional areas.

Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Manger.
