    Job DescriptionTitle: Senior Learning And Development Specialist
    Location: Orlando FL,
    Duration : 6+months (extension possibly)
    Pay : $40 - $55/hr on w2 (DOY)

    Description/Comment: Purpose

    Our Tech Talent Development team mission is to build capabilities, skills, and tech communities of practice across the DPEP Technology & Digital organization which enable Cast members to grow and make an impact on the business through innovation and technology enhancements.

    Description (areas of responsibility)

    • Identify and assess current and future training needs for group and individual training plans
    • Design, develop, and deploy a wide variety of training methods including hands-on, classroom, custom training modules and eLearning platforms
    • Manage vendor and partner delivered courses from contract execution to delivery and evaluation
    • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI and assimilate data for metrics reporting
    • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and industry practices
    • Manage instructional technology to include authoring systems and online learning platforms such as D Learn

    Role Authority

    • Ensure training content meets the needs of learners
    • Plan and track the most effective use of funds allocated to assigned learning projects
    • Monitor projects and report on project status
    • Serve as a team lead for activities and deliverables as assigned
    • Mentor team members

    Role Reporting Relationships

    • Reports to Senior Manager, Technology (Tech Talent Development)
    • Role is Orlando based requiring support for the physical training spaces and Knowledge Center of the DPEP Technology & Digital organization

    Partners

    • Work with key stakeholders such as leaders, learning and development peers, subject matter experts and human resources to design learning programs and experiences.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Five years of experience implementing training programs and events
    • Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Create Suite
    • Experience working with and presenting to a broad range of levels – from early career talent to executive leadership.
    • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office tools, MS Teams and MS Forms
    • Bachelor's Degree, education or relevant field preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with graphics design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
    • Experience working at the enterprise level in technology; experience in internal client services capacity preferred
    • Experience with agile/scrum approaches to product development and delivery
