Our client Samsung based in S chwalbach am Taunus is looking for support as

Talent Development Specialist (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Managing training organization for leadership development measures, such as psychometric testing and revising and managing Leadership Development Centers
Supporting other personnel development instruments and processes such as coaching, 360° feedback, and assessment centers
Managing local and global leadership development programs
Assisting with talent development projects
Administrative tasks such as invoice processing (Excel & Powerpoint)

Your qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR, Psychology, Education, or vocational training with relevant work experience
Previous work experience in HR and theoretical and practical knowledge of L&D products and processes
Practical experience in implementing modern technical solutions in the field of Learning & Development is desirable
Good German and English skills
High sense of responsibility, dynamic, good communication skills, and ability to handle complexity
