    We are looking for talented technical sales associates to join our team. We offer great benefits and a very competetive compensation package.

    Duties Include:

    • Prospect and identify potential customers
    • Schedule in person meetings to identify potential service opportunities
    • Manage existing book of business, grow, and develop accounts to create a broader understanding of our services
    • Meet in person with potential and existing customers to fully understand their needs as it pertains to our service
    • Offer consultative information
    • Attend industry networking events
    • Elevate the level of service for new and existing customers
    • Maintain existing customer base by providing excellent customer service

    Requirements:

    • · Residence in the territory (San Diego County)
    • · B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (a plus)
    • · Ability and willingness to work a sales process and provide a consultative approach
    • · Excellent follow up
    • · Strong technical skills
    • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • · Ability to make in person presentations
    • · Valid driver's license and willingness to assist and travel (drive) within the territory 100% of the time
