    Key Responsibilities:

    Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Sr Manager - TMO to support the Transformation team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.

    The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management provides strategic focus, expertise and guidance in the area of change management to TBG's most strategic organizational initiatives within the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This position is responsible for organizational change management resources to develop, execute and integrate change efforts across critical business initiatives which include changes to business processes, systems/technology, roles and organization structures. The primary focus of this position is twofold: 1) to create and implement change execution to achieve business results on-time, minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement; and 2) to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on business initiatives with large scale organizational impact.

    This position acts as a steward of TBG's change management methodology and tools designed for complex, large-scale transformation initiatives.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Leads a network of internal/external resources to develop and execute an integrated change plan to support the adoption, utilization and proficiency of changes impacting employees by the Transformation Management Office initiatives. Key activities associated with executing the integrated change plan include: (50%)
      • Collaborate with business leaders and corporate communications to document the vision for the change and how it aligns with the corporate strategy.
      • Conduct impact analyses for TMO Initiatives to assess process and organizational impacts at all levels in partnership with business leaders (understanding the current versus future state) as a basis for developing the change management approach.
      • Work with each initiative team and business unit leaders to conduct change readiness assessments (assessing risks and complexity), evaluate results and present findings to stakeholders in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
      • Develop a set of strategic and tactical targeted change plans (e.g., stakeholder plan, communication plan, change network plan, training plan, adoption plan) and support business leaders in the execution of the plans. Work collaboratively with corporate communications and HR in the formulation of communication and training plans.
    • Identify change execution success metrics and behavioral adoption plans. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
    • Identify interdependencies between individual initiative change plans and consolidate the milestones for an integrated TMO change plan ensuring alignment with any other key business initiatives takin place outside the TMO.
    • Identify potential people related risks, performance gaps and anticipated points of resistance to the change and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. (15%)
    • Be an active and visible coach to business leaders in their role as change sponsors. (15%)
    • Proactively assess the complexity and risk associated with new initiatives. Maintain a prioritized portfolio of TMO change management projects. Develop and refine the TMO change management service delivery model utilizing an agile model within the business and budget requirements. Develop and maintain external change management consulting partnerships and oversee quality of external resources. (10%)
    • Provide leadership to coach cross-functional leaders to learn and adopt TBG's common change management approach and methodology focusing on adoption of the changes impacting employees. Builds organizational change management capability by executing the capability coaching/training plan and measuring results. (10%)
    Experience and Education Required:
    • 10 years of business consulting experience on significant business transformations involving re-engineered business processes and technology changes.
    • Held significant change leader roles in a program management office on large scale transformations in the past 3-5 years with proven success (i.e., providing support to executives and leading a team of change management resources).
    • Bachelor degree in Business, HR, or Psychology or related field. Preferred, Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Development, or Business Administration.

    • Effective collaboration and facilitation skills.
