What you'll be doing

How you'll succeed

Change management - Participate in the development of the People Change Management discipline for CIBC's US region. Provide best practices for CIBC based on your expertise.

Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by the team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve change capabilities.

Teamwork - Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.

You can demonstrate experience in People/Organizational Change Management methodology, principles, and tools. It's an asset if that experience is in Banking/Financial Services sector
