- Manage and advance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.

Job DescriptionGeneral Purpose:
Under the direction of the Resins Business Manager, this position will assist in direct management of company Sales and Customer Service professionals for the resins business. The position will be responsible for generating sales growth in North America with new and established customer accounts. The Sales Manager - Resins will be involved with joint travel with the sales team to support on-going training efforts, maintain existing business, develop new business, and execute the overall resins business strategy. Additional responsibilities include managing the customer facing customer service function for the Resins Group, market and business development, forecasting, weekly and monthly reporting, CRM management, pricing and contract negotiations, team development, and other responsibilities as determined by the Resins Business Manager.
