    Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking to hire a Program Manager for a DoD contract.

    Essential Job Functions

    + This individual shall function as the PM and Senior Functional Expert, and shall be the single point of contact for the GTL and COR.

    + Plan, direct, and manage projects/operations on a daily basis

    + Supervise employees of various labor categories and skills

    + Research and field new and innovative technology

    Requirements

    Education Requirement:

    + Masters degree in an Information Technology or Management related field, or equivalent experience

    Experience Requirements:

    + Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition (Headquarters Department of the Army, Flag Officer, Senior Executive Service staff level)

    + Expert-level knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as this acquisition

    + A successful track record on delivering on time and within budget for large/complex projects

    + Experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technology

    + Experience in procurement of hardware and software

    + Fifteen or more years program management experience

    + Ten or more years program management experience in Army, DoD, or IC

    + Ten or more years IT experience in the DoD or IC

    + Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Project Management (PMP, DAWIA, Agile)

    + Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, Project Management Professional Certification

    + Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, an active DoD SECRET security clearance
