    HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
    Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above

    Manage a team of experts to transform how the Agency uses knowledge, technologies, and capabilities to meet the critical mission of safeguarding the United States and its allies from global weapons of mass destruction and improvised threats.

    Maintain awareness of awareness of innovation and emerging IT technologies that may be of use supporting the Agency mission or modernization of current capabilities.

    Coordinate with stakeholders across the agency for emerging IT requirements to deliver operational capability to DTRA's directorates
    Conduct planning and develop architectures to resolve IT integration challenges
    Manage the development and testing of prototypes and proofs of concept


    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    Education:
    Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
    Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

    Required Technical Skills:
    Program Management, Change Management


    Security Clearance Level:
    TS/SCI


    Required Skills and Abilities:
    Strategic Planning, Project Management; Oral and Written Communications

    Preferred Skills:
    Project Management Professional
