    Salary:
    Starting at $170,000 per year


    Position Type:
    Full-time, On-site

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage large-scale programs ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

    Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and schedules in alignment with organizational objectives.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

    Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.

    Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making processes.

    Monitor and track program performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

    Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and military experience is required

    10+ years of experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on military programs.

    Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

    Experience with data management and analysis, including data governance, integration, and security.

    Active Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret clearance).

    PMP certification preferred.

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities concurrently.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
