- Assist in the organization and management of project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records both electronically and physically.
- Coordinate document distribution to internal teams, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to schedule deliveries, installations, and other project activities.
- Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities as directed by the Project Manager.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that prefabricated panels meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks as directed by the Project Manager.
- Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing expense reports.
- Assist in procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
