    Job Overview:

    The ideal candidate for this role is a dedicated, adaptable, and well-organized professional, driven by enthusiasm and self-motivation. Proficient in multitasking while maintaining acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Responsible for supporting Business Development and Account Managers with the Client relationship while working closely with China Project Coordination Office & Accounting Team. This role is an entry level position. In addition this position may also support the legal team.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Track Client RFPs (Request for Proposals), due dates for submission, and proposals
    • Track Weekly Sales, process Purchase Orders. Monitor project invoicing milestones by communicating with China Project Coordination Office and relevant US business team members
    • Track important emails,
    • Attend all required meetings (In Person & Virtual)
    • Able to take direction remotely (through email, Video Conferencing, and phone)
    • Invoice clients when project milestones are met
    • Track Invoices & Communicate with Accounting until all accounts are reconciled. Use SalesForce and other software to enter and track all activity described above.
    • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification

    Experience Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

    • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration preferred for promotability
    • >2 years of experience preferred Microsoft Office proficiency
    • SalesForce, Quickbooks knowledge a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Must be proactive in seeking better efficiency in communication with Clients and Colleagues.
    • Team player with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach
    • Position requires someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and manages time efficiently
    • Ability to meet working hours as required by needs of the team
    • Minimal travel as needed to support on-site client meetings.
