We are seeking a Partner Assistant (m/f/d) with tasks in project management. You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Consulting GmbH with passion and ambition.

Tasks

What will you be responsible for?

Support of the Senior Partner (Sales Manager) / relieving the Partner in daytoday business
Handling correspondence / acting as a liaison to other internal departments and companies
Preparation of analyses, evaluations, and presentations (in German and English)
Preparation and followup of meetings & organization of meetings
Independent assumption of special tasks
Coordination of appointments and travel (travel management)
Preparation of travel expense reports
Support of crossselling activities within the company group
Support in sales management
Preparation of trade fairs, lectures, and presentations
Creation and support of mailings and social media content
Preparation of client and cooperation partner contracts
Management of incoming and outgoing mail
Research activities and database maintenance (CRM system)
Representing the company and our services in telephone customer contact
