    Position: Operational Technology Specialist
    Location: Ft Belvoir, VA with some remote work flexibility
    Clearance: Secret
    Certification: IAT Level II or III
    Degree: Bachelor's degree in a Technical field

    About the Company: Join our team as an Operational Technology Specialist and be part of shaping the U.S. Army's advancement into the OT field.

    Description:
    As an Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Professional, you will take on a key role in developing and implementing policies, roadmaps, and future architectures for the U.S. Army's OT systems. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring the security, efficiency, and compliance of OT systems with Army standards while integrating them with IT infrastructure to enhance operational capabilities.

    Key Focus Areas:

    • Manufacturing: Automation of production lines using OT technologies.
    • Infrastructure: Supporting critical infrastructure such as power and water treatment.
    • Building Controls: Management systems for buildings' operations and safety.
    • Supply Chain: Integrating IoT, 3D printing, and robotics.

    Additional OT Systems: Examples include industrial control systems, transportation systems, and more across all critical infrastructures.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring Army cybersecurity policies adherence.
    • Developing strategic cyber roadmaps for OT integration.
    • Implementing tailored cybersecurity measures for minimal operational impact.
    • Monitoring and controlling OT systems for integrity and security.
    • Managing cybersecurity challenges of legacy OT systems.
    • Staying updated on the latest OT security trends and technologies.

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in operational technology security and RMF knowledge.
    • Understanding of OT systems and IT-OT convergence.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for legacy OT system challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Relevant cybersecurity certifications and a background in Computer Science or Engineering.
    • Familiarity with industrial control systems and the IIoT.
    • Experience with military protocols and operational environments.
