    Job Description

    SUMMARY: The Multiple Listing Service is a facility for the orderly correlation and dissemination of listing information so participants may better serve their clients and customers and the public This position is responsible for providing support to MetroTex MLS subscribers/participants and association members for MLS related products and MLS Department Courses.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides MLS technical support for all MLS related products and services via telephone and email inquiries
    • Updates office or individual member information in the MLS system when requested
    • Processes MLS/listing data corrections or changes as required
    • Provides information requested by brokers or vendors related to MLS data feeds
    • Creates custom internal reports or "help documentation" as requested
    • Proof-reads MLS training materials and documentation
    • Implements and enforces data integrity policies established by the MLS
    • Interacts with NTREIS and the MLS vendor in resolving member and system issues by internally documenting and tracking resolution of these issues
    • Processes membership data exports (or merges) from the Association membership system or MLS system as needed
    • Processes no-show fees for MLS courses as needed.
    • Coordinates with MLS Manager to develop videos or help documents as needed.
    • Files, completes correspondence, assists in web page content updates to Marketing and Communications, and performs other administrative duties as required.
    • Answers and responds timely to phone calls, voice mail and email inquiries and maintains digital record-keeping systems in accordance with company policy.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must be proficient utilizing various Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Adobe Pro Software
    • Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
    • Other skills required:
      • Excellent customer service skills.
      • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
      • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

    • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus

    *Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.


    Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch
    37.50 hour work week
    Overtime is strictly prohibited unless there is prior authorization by the supervisor.
