    Job Title: Temporary Level 1 Help Desk Support

    This will be a temporary role for likely 18 weeks.

    Job Description: We are seeking a temporary Level 1 Help Desk Support individual with excellent communication skills to join our team for an estimated duration of 18 weeks. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide basic technical assistance and support to end-users via phone calls, emails, and ticket submissions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responding to incoming calls and emails from end-users seeking technical assistance.
    • Logging and tracking support requests using ConnectWise or similar ticketing system.
    • Providing basic troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Communicating with end-users to gather necessary information to resolve their technical problems effectively.
    • Coordinating and scheduling service appointments or escalations for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
    • Ordering basic IT equipment or peripherals as needed to fulfill end-user requests.
    • Assisting with other administrative tasks related to help desk operations, as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a help desk or customer support role preferred.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or similar platforms.
    • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
    • Availability to work for the duration of the temporary assignment, approximately 18 weeks, with the possibility of extending if needed.
