    Job Description Job DescriptionHansel Ford Lincoln is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Santa Rosa team

    Pay Range:
    The Service Coordinator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.45 and $20.00.Benefits and PerksMedical BenefitsDental PlanVision Plan401-K401-K employer contributionsFlexible Spending PlansEmployee Discounts on vehicles, service and partsResponsibilities and DutiesGreet our customers with a smile as they arriveAnswer a multiple line phone systemComplete service documents as necessaryCreate service appointments and make follow-up callsAssist in managing the service loaner fleetEmbody hospitality every day in every wayWork well in a fast-paced environmentQualifications and SkillsPrevious Service or Phone experience within a dealership is a huge plusMultiple-line telephone experience is importantManage/deescalate high stress callsAble to meet and greet the public with enthusiasmDisplay the highest level of professionalismMust be reliable and punctualPass a drug testPass a criminal background checkAble to utilize computerized tracking systemsDesire and demonstrated commitment to greatness#J-18808-Ljbffr
