Hansel Ford Lincoln is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Santa Rosa team


Pay Range:
The Service Coordinator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.45 and $20.00.

Responsibilities and Duties
Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive
Answer a multiple line phone system
Complete service documents as necessary
Create service appointments and make follow-up calls
Assist in managing the service loaner fleet
Embody hospitality every day in every way
Work well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills
Previous Service or Phone experience within a dealership is a huge plus
Multiple-line telephone experience is important
Manage/deescalate high stress calls
Able to meet and greet the public with enthusiasm
Display the highest level of professionalism
Must be reliable and punctual
Pass a drug test
Pass a criminal background check
Able to utilize computerized tracking systems
Desire and demonstrated commitment to greatness
