Duties * As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, you will perform duties to include but not limited to the following: * Apply comprehensive expert functional knowledge of military personnel programs to all levels of management officials with the IMCOM Directorate and Garrisons.
* Oversee the management, execution and implementation of an effective military HR program. * Develop guidance and standards for new and/or changing program areas. * Develop recommendations and solutions to military HR management issues and problems. * Present reports and briefings on military HR program status and/or recommend actions to appropriate individuals. Specialized experience is defined as experience providing comprehensive advice and guidance on military HR management regulations/ policies; providing technical training to support military HR personnel actions and systems; and, analyzing military HR program information to identify necessary corrective actions.

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
