- Maintain knowledge of local early childhood education options in the region (Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties) and collaborate with providers, stakeholders, and community members to increase referrals to educational programming.
- Partner with families to identify strengths and connect to community resources and public benefits to reduce barriers to early education enrollment.
- Support the identification of systemic barriers that prevent young children from accessing early education, including, but not limited to, racial inequities and families experiencing poverty.
- Demonstrate cultural competency and display a commitment to diversity, racial equity, and inclusion.
- Driver's License, personal transportation, and valid vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the Northern Kentucky region.
- One to two years' experience in the human services or Early Childhood Education fields, directly working with families and young children.
- Experience assisting individuals with strength-based assessments and person-centered planning.
- Post-secondary training in Early Childhood Education or Human Services is preferred.
