    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Sales Training Leader to join our team As a Sales Training Leader on the team, you will work closely with our team of trainers to support, mentor, and encourage them to become a successful, motivational sales force for our company. You will also handle scheduling for your sales department, interviewing and training new team members. The ideal candidate has previous experience in both training and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a background in leadership.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage a group of sales team members, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership
    • Teaching the foundations of sales and marketing techniques
    • Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team
    • Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget
    • Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in sales training desired
    • Previous management and leadership experience desired
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    Compensation: $45, $60,000.00 per year
