Intas is a vertically integrated group present in all segments of the pharma value chain: CRO, generic drug development, API manufacturing, generic drug manufacturing, drug marketing and biopharmaceuticals.

    Descriptive Summary

    The Associate Manager will assist in managing Marketing Operations activities, with primary responsibility for executing Event management and coordination [Conventions/Tradeshows] deliverables, assist in managing the promotional review process (MLR), assist and support print fulfillment and salesforce marketing support needs, as well as any KOL Engagement support needs. This position requires at least 2 years minimum pharmaceutical experience (3 years preferred) and is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC with 3 days working in the office and 2 days a week at home.

    This role is responsible for assisting in the management of the U.S. Accord BioPharma business marketing operations, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, based in Raleigh, NC.

    Event Management - Scientific Conventions/Sponsorships/ Tradeshows:

    • Field all requests for meetings, assist in reviewing and approving requests for sponsorships/exhibit booth.
    • Responsible for documenting event details inside Master Events Log, and ensuring information is continuously up to date for promotion deadlines.
    • Obtain, populate, process, appropriate convention/sponsorship paperwork, process for payment through Finance, and manage event files.
    • Manage and complete all conference/exhibit boot deliverables for each event on time/ within the events deadlines (includes but is not limited to coordination with fulfillment warehouse for shipping of/ receiving back trade show systems, marketing materials, lead retrieval, managing hotel room block if needed).
    • Record events spend and assist with managing and reconciling event budget.
    • Manage pre-conference planning, post conference review, and document and disseminate insight and feedback.
    • Assists Manager in strategic planning of attendance at future events and sponsorships and related tasks (booth design and logistics etc.)
    • Assist manager in planning and managing ad-hoc meetings and events.
    • Contributes and participates in developing company processes, practices, and policies relevant to requests for Events sponsorship and execution
    • Provide logistical events and speaker program information to Marketing and Commercial analytics dept and collaborate for additional insight

    MLR, Promotional Review Process Support:

    • Support use of Veeva PromoMats system by all relevant stakeholders and be able to capture comments, action items and track promotional materials.
    • Works to resolve problems, identify trends, determine system improvements, and recommend changes to increase the efficiency of the review process.
    • Has working knowledge and understanding of OPDP promotional labeling regulations and guidelines for the successful and compliant commercial marketing of Accord BioPharma products.
    • Contributes and participates in developing company processes, practices, and policies relevant to the creation, review, and approval of promotional materials.
    • Foster collaborative, efficient, and effective working relations with internal and external stakeholders to increase the efficiency of and compliance with the material review process.
    • In collaboration with manager and Regulatory, ensure the management and maintenance of records that support communication with OPDP and internal audit processes.
    • Review and maintain all references in Veeva PromoMats and assist with upcoming expiry of materials.
    • Acquire and upload all distribution packages of final art files in Veeva PromoMats
    • Assist and support of promotional review process quarterly business reviews.
    • Update and maintain Accord BioPharma MLR Promotional Handbook
    • Maintain agency roster and point of contact information for promotional review process.
    • Assist manager in ad-hoc promotional review projects.

    KOL Engagement Support

    • Assist in managing contracting for KOL Speakers, and support logistical execution for Speaker Engagements, Speaker Trainings.
    • Maintain KOL speaker contracts and associated paperwork.
    • Assist and support KOL marketing research meetings and KOL advisory board meetings.
    • Field, escalate, document all KOL nominations.
    • Assist and support any KOL engagement ad-hoc projects.

    Fulfillment and Salesforce Marketing Support

    • Continuous review of material inventory levels and portal usage
    • Provide bi-weekly utilization report of materials orders to Marketing team and Regional Sales Directors
    • Obtain, file, and distribute updated Salesforce roster to relevant stakeholders.
    • Facilitate and communicate new hire sales rep marketing materials shipment.
    • Support print jobs and assist with ad-hoc fulfillment projects.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    Education, Experience and Skills:

    • 2+ Previous pharmaceutical or medical device marketing experience required; 3 years desired.
    • Possess strong business acumen, and ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail.
    • Must be process oriented, with strong time management skills.
    • Possesses sense of urgency and results driven.
    • Demonstrated strong organizational, project management, communication skills.
    • Comfortable operating in a highly regulated environment and industry.
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including experience using Veeva Promo Mats desired,
    • Experience with MS Office 365, Zoom, GoToMeeting, or equivalent desired.

    Other Relevant Information:

    • Demonstrated ability to successfully work either remotely, or onsite depending on the requirement of the position.
    • Willingness to travel in the US, including outside of business hours, as required by the position up to 25-30%
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or related experience.
    • Ability to establish/maintain credibility with senior individuals/audiences.
    • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-growing organization.
    • Self-motivated and with a solutions-based mindset.
    • Sound judgment, high integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Coachable, open to professional development and receiving constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
