- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement of materials, hiring subcontractors, and managing subcontractor relationships.
- Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns or questions.
- Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project completion.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
